Beef Kabobs with Couscous-zipper bag

Our signature shoulder tenderloin is chunked and marinated in molasses, mustard and soy to make these savory and robust kabobs. Make up a fresh batch of couscous we supply.

Limit one per customer.

 

Crispy Chicken Breast-foil pan

Six boneless, skinless chicken breasts are coated in a blend of crunchy Panko breadcrumb, parmesan and herbs. It’s perfect on a bed of arugula with a splash of balsamic. A healthy meal in a hurry.

 

Artichoke Lemon Tilapia-zipper bag

Mild Tilapia fillets are smothered in a fresh lemon and artichoke sauce. This fish cooks very quickly in either the oven or sauté pan and is full of flavor.

 

Ranch Hand Chicken-zipper bag

Buttermilk ranch sauce, herbs and honey flavor and tenderize six meaty bone-in leg quarters. Boneless breast is available upon request for an additional $5. Either way, your little Ranch Hand will be happy.

 

Pork Medallions-foil pan

Sautéed Pork Medallions with a Lemon-Garlic Sauce are deliciously lean, incredibly juicy and oh-so-easy to prepare. Limit one per customer.

 

Sunny Scramble-zipper bag

Mom will love this seasonal scramble with ham, peppers, onion and cheddar cheese on Mother’s Day morning or anytime a fast, delicious and protein packed meal is in order. Egg substitute available upon request.

 

Chicken Caesar Ciabatta-freezer foil

Big pieces of all white meat chicken, a special Caesar dressing and our famous Ciabatta loaf bake up full of flavor. This warm and hearty sandwich is great for dinner on the run between softball practice and the Spring Pageant at school.

 

Chop Shop Sliders-foil pan

12 mini beef burgers with a touch of Montreal Steak season and chopped onion and pickle are a family favorite. Take home a dozen super cute and tasty slider buns to complete the meal.

 

Arroz con Pollo-zipper bag

All time favorite freezer staple is our own Arroz con Pollo. Layers of seasoned rice, chicken, corn, peas and beans satisfy everyone. Serve it on it’s own, in wraps or even as a delicious appetizer with tortilla chips.

Build a better marinade than any bottle with oil, honey, green onion, herbs and spices. Add or subtract red pepper flakes to suit your gang’s taste and you will be grilling up a new favorite for boneless chicken breasts.

We’re making up a low fat but meaty tomato sauce with just a touch of cream. Cook up the penne we supply while the sauce is simmering for a fresh and delicious pasta dinner.

 

White Bean & Ham Soup-64 ounce tub

Start with a base of rich chicken broth, add carrots, onion, garlic, white beans and diced ham for a thick and satisfying supper soup.
